The type of training available...
Impcross is fully committed to training and developing its employees. The company is engaged with both internal “on the job” training and working with external training providers on specialist subjects.
This has become even more critical since the “Brexit” with the loss of skilled labour & “Covid” where many skilled workers decided to retire, retention of skilled engineers and the training of new is paramount for the future of the business.
ross is working had to identify and address our training requirements, our inhouse skills matrix details the immediate requirements & the future needs including succession planning at all levels.
Apprentices are our future
Our apprentices will be our future, as a company we are reviewing our apprenticeship program to ensure we have a stable flow of engineers into the business.
We are reviewing the training of our apprentices on the engineering skills required for the business in-house, however this will be back up by external college to allow the achievement of an industry recognised qualification.
